Really delighted with the sauna and plunge we got from Arctic Wellness. The products are excellent quality and Jonathan was a pleasure to work with throughout. He took the time to design the best layout for our space and dealt seamlessly with our builder and architect the whole way through. Highly recommend!
I recently received a sauna from Arctic Wellness and couldn't be happier. The attention to detail and luxurious finish on it is exceptional. Jonathan was brilliant from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout the construction process and on the expected delivery. The whole experience was seamless and the customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Wellness to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna for their home. Fantastic company and product!
Was a pleasure dealing with this team to deliver a quality product ahead of time. Friendly, courteous and a high quality product to match the service I'm extremely happy with the service and installation.
Jonathan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. Top service 👌🏼
Great company to deal with and fantastic after service I would highly rate !!!
I live in my ice bath, worth every penny. After a hard gym session, long cycle or even a Saturday in the garden, jumping in soothes my bad back and knee. Everyone should have one. Great quality too.
3 days post having the bath/pro series chiller and it's genuinely been a transformational game changer for my body/well being. Couldn't recommend Jonathan and his high quality products high enough.
Jonathan was incredible to deal with. We had a last minute request and Jonathan went above and beyond to make it work for us! Incredible service and incredible product. I couldn't recommend Arctic Wellness enough and look forward to using them again in the future.
We contacted Jonathon to inquire about his Ice Baths. He kindly came to visit our spa and recommended on what was best to go for and where to place the bath. They were a pleasure to deal with and is always quick to get back to us if we have any questions. Would Highly recommend this company.
Absolute top class service and quality from Jonathan and Arctic Wellness. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into providing the best premium baths on the market in ireland. Really happy with my purchase and will be back to upgrade in the future.
Arctic Wellness demonstrated exceptional experience working in a commercial setting, handling the dynamic and sometimes challenging environment of a public access leisure and fitness facility with ease. Arctic Wellness provided an invaluable addition to our service offering, enhancing the recovery experience for our customers. We highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Jonothon and his team are always there when I need support. I run a sauna business with three chillers running all day, every day, and the team consistently provide us with parts, full machines, and baths whenever required. Their service is always hassle-free and fast. In an industry where many suppliers sell machines that don't last, I'm grateful that Arctic only provides premium equipment I can rely on.
Jonathan came and supplied us with a new chiller as our previous supplier let us down. Professional outfit and easy to deal with.
Would highly recommend Arctic Wellness to anyone looking to invest in a high quality cold plunge or sauna. I was on the hunt for a premium level chiller and cold plunge for my gym and Jonathan was very helpful from our first conversation onwards. He educated me on the whole process and guided me towards what I needed. He has a genuine passion for his products and is always working on developing his range. His stainless steel barrel is particularly impressive.
Excellent service and amazing result! Built a sauna and ice bath in my garden and was done to an extremely high standard.
